Morgan Smith

Morgan is currently a law student at the University of Colorado Law School, set to graduate in December 2026. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colorado State University and quickly fell in love with Northern Colorado, proudly making the community her home.

Before law school, Morgan built a rich and diverse professional background, serving as a family law paralegal, judicial assistant, and court reporter. These roles sharpened her understanding of the Colorado legal system and fueled a genuine passion for client advocacy. Her strong communication skills and client-centered approach perfectly align with our firm's commitment to delivering top-tier legal service with a personal touch.

Outside of her studies and clerkship, Morgan enjoys reading, running, and exploring local thrift and antique shops. She loves spending time with her partner, his two children, and Sunflower—her Chihuahua mix and one of our firm's beloved office dogs.
