Biography
Andrew W. Callahan has been an owner of the firm since 2021 and is an experienced trial attorney focusing on personal injury, insurance bad faith, trusts, estates, and fiduciary litigation. He has tried cases to verdict in Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, and Kentucky, and has handled appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Missouri and Illinois Supreme Courts. His extensive experience includes handling cases across the United States, taking depositions of witnesses and experts in at least fourteen states and Canada.
Growing up in a small farming town in Southern Illinois, Andrew is a third-generation trial attorney. From a young age, he learned from his parents and grandparents the importance of zealously representing clients. He believes it is his calling to protect clients in the intimidating legal system.
Andrew attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, graduating cum laude. Following graduation, he built homes for Habitat for Humanity in San Antonio as an AmeriCorps member. He then graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a member of the trial competition team and president of the Student Trial Lawyers Association.
Drawn to Fort Collins by its natural beauty and strong sense of community, Andrew and his wife Brittany now call it home. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his two sons, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
