Biography
Kevin joined Wick & Trautwein, LLC in 2013 and became a member of the firm in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel J. Kaup in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Fort Collins.
Growing up in Crestone, Colorado, Kevin moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University in 1993. Before becoming an attorney, he worked with Sage Benefit Advisors in the sale, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans for small businesses in Northern Colorado.
Kevin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2011. His practice focuses on business organizations, business and commercial law, contracts, real estate, civil litigation, and estate planning.
Kevin and his wife, Mary, are pleased to call Fort Collins home and have long-established ties to the community and local nonprofit organizations. Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys running, biking, and hiking. He and Mary are proud custodians of their dogs, cats, and once-wild mustangs.
