Biography
Brian joined Wick & Trautwein, LLC in June 2024. Brian has 7+ years’ experience in litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked in the class action department at Franklin D. Azar & Associates, primarily focusing on consumer class actions and complex litigation. Over the years, this work resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in recovery against some of the largest corporations, including Wells Fargo, Facebook and Google. These cases ranged from wage and hour violations, unfair and deceptive business practices, privacy violations and data breaches, securities violations, breaches of fiduciary duty, and breaches of consumer contracts. Brian has written briefs to the United States Supreme Court and multiple Courts of Appeal. Brian is excited to bring his wealth of experience fighting for consumers against the most high-profile corporations in the country to advocate for Wick & Trautwein’s clients.
Brian grew up in Windsor, Colorado. Brian received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2015, with a concentration in Intellectual Property. Before law school, Brian received his degree in journalism and minor in philosophy from Colorado State University in 2012.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons and enjoying all the benefits of raising a family in Fort Collins. He also enjoys playing the guitar and watching artists at Colorado’s great live music venues.
